Information collected while using the application
Car+ Battery Sensor is managed and represented by Autoplus Tech Pte Ltd. While using our application, in order to provide features of our application. We may collect, with your prior permission:
- Information regarding your location (coarse)
- Email address
We use this information to provide feature of our service and requirement of connecting Bluetooth BLE4.0 in the physical device. To enable Bluetooth connection, it is required for the app to obtain location information. However, there is no additional usage or collection of location access in background from the app or backend. If user denies location access in background, the app will not be able to connect to hardware device and the app will not be able to provide its core function of predicting time of car battery failure.
You can enable or disable access to this information at any time, through your device settings. Your location data will not be stored in the server, shared or sold to any third party affiliates.
Use of your personal data
The company may use Personal Data for the following purposes:
- To provide and maintain our service, including to monitor the usage of your service.
- To manage your account as a registered user of the mobile application.
